The folate in LIVEDEN BALANCE is 5-MTHF, the methylated form, from citrus lemon, rather than synthetic folic acid.

We want you to love your LIVEDEN. If your first order doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, you have sixty days to let us know, even if the bag is open. Call us at (801) 805-6500 or email hello@LIVEDEN.com, and we’ll walk you through our easy return process. No explanation needed. Unopened bags from later orders can be returned within sixty days as well.

Most orders are processed within one business day and ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. Once the carrier has your package, estimated delivery times are:

• U.S. Standard Shipping: 2 to 10 business days
• U.S. Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
• International Shipping: up to 10 business days, plus any time in customs

These are estimates. Around the holidays and during busy seasons, orders can take a little longer.

After your order ships, it can take a little time for the carrier to pick up and scan your package, usually one business day in the U.S. and up to three for international orders. Until then, your tracking may show something like “Shipping Label Created,” “Pre-Transit,” “USPS Awaiting Item,” or “Awaiting Carrier Pickup.” That’s normal, and it will begin updating once the carrier scans your package.

Subscriptions follow the same rule, so 2-bag and 4-bag subscriptions always ship free by standard shipping.

International shipping rates, duties, and taxes vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 10 business days once the carrier has them, plus any time in customs.

Yes, please, especially in warmer months. Bringing your package indoors soon after delivery helps protect the quality of what’s inside.
