Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LIVEDEN.com and any related LIVEDEN websites (the "Site") and your purchases from us. LIVEDEN is a DBA of Puratae, LLC ("LIVEDEN," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or create an account. Anyone younger may use the Site only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

You're responsible for keeping your account sign-in secure and for activity on your account. Please tell us right away if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

2. Our products and health information

LIVEDEN BALANCE™ is a whole-food dietary supplement. The information on the Site, including our blog, is for general education only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from your physician or another qualified healthcare provider.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, or before giving a supplement to a child, please talk with your healthcare provider before use. Read all product labels and directions before using our products.

Every body is different, and individual results vary. Customer reviews and stories on the Site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular result.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your selected country and do not include shipping or taxes unless stated. Shipping, taxes, and for international orders any duties, are shown or calculated at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may limit quantities or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

We work to show our products, prices and availability accurately, but errors can happen. If we find an error, we'll correct it and let you know before your order ships, and you may cancel.

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and authorize us to charge your payment method for your order.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each delivery. You can change, pause or cancel any time from your account or by contacting us. Our Subscription and cancellation policy is part of these Terms.

5. Shipping, returns and our guarantee

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, Mexico and New Zealand. Our Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates, and title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

6. LIVEDEN Rewards and referrals

LIVEDEN Rewards points and referral coupons are offered at our discretion. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be combined with other discount codes. Points expire if an account has no activity for 12 months. We may change or end the program, and we may remove points or rewards earned through misuse or fraud. Details are on our Rewards page.

When you submit a review, photo, video, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it, including the permission of anyone shown in it. You give LIVEDEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce and adapt it, with your first name and last initial, on the Site, in emails and on social media. We may edit content for length or clarity without changing its meaning, and we may decline or remove content at our discretion.

Please don't submit content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or that makes medical claims about our products.

8. Healthcare professionals

Participation in the LIVEDEN Professional Program is governed by a separate agreement. Information shared through our For Professionals page is used only to respond to you.

9. Our content and trademarks

The Site and everything on it, including text, photos, videos, graphics, logos and design, belongs to LIVEDEN or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. LIVEDEN®, LIVEDEN BALANCE™, Body Balanced. Life Changed.™, The Science of Microbiome Balance™, Soil to Soul™, Nourished by Nature™, Pure Balanced Life®, and related marks are our trademarks. You may share links to the Site and save our recipes for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Using the Site responsibly

Please don't misuse the Site. That includes interfering with its security or operation, accessing it with automated tools to collect data, buying products for resale without our permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites and services we don't control, such as social media, payment providers and podcast platforms. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information and is part of these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

Except as stated in our Refund policy and as required by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVEDEN and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold LIVEDEN harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, content you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Weber County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on the Site, and it applies to orders placed after that date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies named above, are the entire agreement between you and LIVEDEN about the Site and your purchases.
