How do I join LIVEDEN Rewards?
Create a free account on LIVEDEN.com and you're in. You'll receive 30 points just for joining.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on products (shipping and tax don't count). You can also earn points for leaving a review, adding a photo or video to your review, connecting with us on social media, and on your birthday.
Do I earn points on my subscription?
Yes. Every subscription order earns points, just like a one-time order.
How do I use my points?
Every 100 points is $5 off — that's 5% back on every order. Sign in, choose your reward, and we'll create a discount code to use at checkout. Rewards can be used on one-time orders.
How do I earn points for a review?
After your order arrives, we'll email you a link to leave a review. Reviews submitted through that email earn points. Photos and videos earn bonus points once they're approved and published.
Do you have a referral program? How does it work?
We do! Sign in to your rewards account to find your personal referral link, then share it with someone you love. They'll receive $10 off their first order of $50 or more, and once they place it, we'll send you a $10 coupon as our thank-you.
A referral counts when:
- Your friend places their first LIVEDEN order using your link.
- Their order is $50 or more.
If your friend has ordered from LIVEDEN before, or their order is under $50, it won't count as a referral.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts?
One discount code can be used per order.
Do my points expire?
Your points stay active as long as you're active with us. If your account has no activity for 12 months, meaning no orders, no points earned and no rewards redeemed, your points will expire. Any new order keeps every point you've earned.
