Green BALANCE smoothie with banana slices in a glass jar, garnished with pineapple and banana, in a bright kitchen.

We call this one Pineapple Banana Dreams, and it tastes like sunshine in a glass, which makes it especially welcome as winter turns to spring. Pineapple and banana bring natural vitamin C, potassium and fiber. Blend in one scoop of LIVEDEN BALANCE™ and every sip also carries your greens, a complete plant protein and spore-based probiotics. It’s simple, creamy and ready in minutes.

Pineapple carries something special: bromelain, a natural enzyme that helps break down protein and has been studied for its role in digestion. Bananas add potassium, which helps muscles and the heart work as they should and keeps fluids in balance, a good reason to reach for this one after a busy, active day. BALANCE rounds it out with adaptogens, plants that help support the body’s response to everyday stress.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a blender.
  2. If your pineapple is fresh, add a handful of ice. With frozen pineapple, you won’t need any.
  3. Blend until smooth.

Make it your way

Add a splash of water if you like your smoothie thinner. For an extra-creamy version, use a frozen banana. For a nut-free version, use oat or coconut milk.

For little ones

Kids love the banana in this one. BALANCE servings are sized by weight, so use about half a scoop for children around 60 pounds.
